Generally Policy
These are our Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the our website.
All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within Warranty Policy.
All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization. 

Products that may be eligible for return:

  1. Missing Item: Items missed completely or partially from an order.
  2. Cosmetic Damage: Physical damage on products' surface or shell during shipping.
  3. Wrong Product Received: Product that is completely different from Kuajingwu.com web description.
  4. Verified Functional Failure: Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or reset cables etc.
  5. Others: we may refuse the return or collect a few fulfill fee.

Products that are not eligible for return:

  1. Any product not purchased from Kuajingwu.com.
  2. Any product purchased from our website has been more than 30 days.
  3. Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  4. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  5. Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging.
  6. Any product that exhibits physical damage.
  7. Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.


The RMA Process & Three Easy Steps:
1. Get RMA Authorization after you submit a RMA request by visiting RMA request in My Account. RMA request should include the information required by the RMA form.
2. After you get the RMA authorization, whether or not you should ship the return goods will be replied in 30 minutes in business time . Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from our customer service center together with RMA authorization.
3. Get the replacement or Refund.

Notes: please offer tracking number for return shipment. We won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.
We will arrange for resend or refund on receiving your return package or replying that you do not need ship back goods within 1-3 business days.

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better understand our warranty policy:

Warranty Period: A period which is defined as “From the shipping date (on Kuajingwu.com web) to the RMA application date”.
Products that are not eligible for warranty:

  1. Customer Induced Damage: Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust etc.
  2. Defective: Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as "No Defect" by Kuajingwu.com engineer upon receiving.
  3. Out Of Warranty: Product that exceeds the warranty period
  4. Non-Authorization Return: Customer returns the products without Kuajingwu.com authorization (RMA Approval)
